    A Few Words from Quarters
"This home has been designed and built by the same family around 35 years ago, and has been well-loved and cared-for over the years. At one time it was a popular guest house (hence the 7 bathrooms!) and - although these may be more than a family needs, each of the bedrooms is still a very ample size.

More and more families are now looking for ground floor bedrooms for relatives and multi-generational living. The sixth bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for this and - should you be looking to create more permanent 'parent quarters' there's scope (subject to consents) to convert the laundry room (and potentially some of the garage) to provide an annex with kitchen.

We particularly love the large Aga which adds to the heart and soul of the kitchen (but there's also a double oven for rustling up a quick meal if the Aga isn't ready).

We also love the extra touches - the arched doorway from the hallway, the stained-glass landing window (which carries light in from both floors), and the double-doors between many reception rooms.

We can imagine winter nights in front of the inglenook fireside, but there are also fireplaces in the dining room, family room and hallway (please note, these may not be in commission).

Lastly, the Master Bedroom has a full four-piece bathroom and this room enjoys a good deal of natural light from its south-facing position.

Please get in touch with Nick or Teresa for more information or to arrange your viewing - Tudor Place is a fabulous home, and we're looking forward to showing you around"
