We love the location - it’s on the edge of Simons Wood, part of the National Trust, where woodland walks include Heath Pool and the adjacent Finchampstead Ridges. The west entrance to Heath Ride is close to the local shops, and Heath Ride itself is a very quiet residential road. The walk to the station is mainly off the beaten track (until the Wellingtonia roundabout) so a lovely start and end to the day!
