    We bought our beautiful Millgate home in Kingswood after 15 years as expats living overseas. Location and quality were very important in our search and this home has lived up to all expectations. It has a unique layout and from the moment we stepped into the show house we were smitten!

    We chose one of the biggest plots facing the communal green, with Englemere pond and the woods to the rear (our view would never be spoiled) and opted for the more spacious layout of the 3 bed Foxhall design in preference to the 4 bed of similar overall size.

    The neighbourhood has a lovely mix of retirees and families and there is a real sense of community. We will miss the friends we have made and will take special memories with us as we move back overseas (eg the golf tournaments teeing off the front lawns onto the green during lockdown, halloween and fireworks evenings for all the kids, and many a pleasant afternoon and evening over a glass or two with neighbours who have become dear friends).
