1. Creating a positive experience


We’re experienced in business, estate agency, and life and have heard the same frustrating stories of moving (or trying to move) home as you.  When we decided to launch Quarters we were determined that everyone involved (our clients, customers, partners and suppliers) would have a positive experience and, where it’s within our influence, a positive outcome.  We believe that every single interaction counts.

 

2. Having respect


For each other, the people and businesses we meet and work with, and the community around us. We understand that people are different, with different wants, needs and requirements and will express themselves in different ways. We embrace this!

 

3. Keeping it Personal

 

We can only devote our time to a limited number of clients at any time, and sometimes we’ll turn business away if we don’t believe we can add value.  This means the clients we have on board get a better service, and a happier moving experience.

 

4. Being open


We hope that we provide all the information you might like to know whenever we interact, but if anything is missing, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fix this.  We aim for transparency and know that most people do not appreciate surprises (other than pleasant ones, which we love to deliver!).  

 

5. To keep gaining referrals


This might not sound like a core ‘value', but it is critically important to us. Most of our business comes from referrals and we do not take this lightly – we’re incredibly grateful.  We want to continue to be good enough at what we do for people to tell their friends and families about us, without us asking them to. This will involve us continually looking to improve what we do and how we do it.
